The Jamia Tartil ul Quraan was started in 2002 in District Saharanpur Uttar Pradesh India. It was founded by Sheikhul Khurra and Naib Nazim of Mazahir Uloom Hazrat Maulana Qari Rizwan Naseem sahab. It was run under the supervision of Maulana Talha (Peer Sahab) (R.H), Son of Hazrat Maulana Sheikh Zakaria (R.H). After the death of (Peer sahab), now runs under the supervision of Maulana Qari Rizwan Naseem Sahab, here the students are given food and scholarship to stay with the studies and here, along with education, sports activity is also provided.
